Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Registered Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Independently plan and implement patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest medical research and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN degree.
  • Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
