At Titus Electrical Services, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Electrical Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our electrical department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and managing our team of electrical technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the scheduling and dispatch of electrical technicians
- Develop, train, and retain a team of skilled electrical technicians
- Ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
- Manage and maintain accurate records of electrical work, including permits and certifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the continued growth and success of our electrical department
- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the electrical industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
