Bench Jeweler

We are seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team at Shane Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to jewelry repair and maintenance.

• Shop Work
  • Ensure the quality of Company merchandise and make accurate assessments of merchandise quality and condition.
  • Maintain the shop and personal workspace in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Provide cost estimates for additional shop/jeweler personalization options.
  • Manage findings inventory.
  • Consult with staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain safety and security protocols.
  • Pursue personal and shop improvement and development.
  • Use technology for shop job tracking.
• Collaboration
  • Work professionally with all Store and Company staff, fostering teamwork and respect.
  • Support other shops and the home office when needed.

• 2+ years of prior bench experience preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity required.
• Ability to provide and receive feedback and adapt behavior.

• Basic communication and math skills required.
