Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Start-up Technician to join our team at Charlotte Mechanical in the Greater Charlotte area.

This role involves commissioning and starting up HVAC systems, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC start-up, be able to lift 50 pounds safely, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  1. Commission and start-up of HVAC systems
  2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC start-up
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Able to lift 50 pounds safely
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clean criminal background
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
