SLP Position in a Dynamic School Environment

Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based setting. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students to enhance their speech and language skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with diverse communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and implement evidence-based interventions
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with students with significant communication and sensory needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and parents
