Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Associate to join our team at ERIEBANK. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to clients, including account opening, loan processing, and transaction management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services to effectively communicate with clients and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in banking software applications.
