Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric House Supervisor RN to join our team at a well-respected Acute Care Behavioral Health Hospital in Colorado. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient throughput, ensuring safe and coordinated delivery of patient care, and serving as a resource for support services and departments throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patients throughput and ensure coordinated, safe delivery of patient care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, hospital policy, goals and objectives.
- Provide support for nursing staff and inpatient departments, including weekends, in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and Administrative Staff.
- Maintain and follow established policies and procedures, and accurate daily house reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
Requirements
- Previous Inpatient Psychiatric and Behavioral Health RN Leadership experience, such as previous Charge Nurse and House Supervisor Leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
