Travel CT Technologist

Samba Care is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facilities.

• Examination Room Preparation: Ensure examination rooms are prepared for patient examinations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Radiopharmaceutical Administration: Administer radiopharmaceuticals to obtain clear, usable images, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Patient Positioning and Comfort: Position patients and equipment, explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Scan Sequences and Monitoring: Insert commands and data into the computer to document and specify scan sequences, monitoring video displays to adjust density or contrast.
• Patient Monitoring and Safety: Monitor patients during examinations, ensuring their safety and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
• Diagnostic Image Production: Produce diagnostic images, reporting important information to physicians and updating patient records.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedure advice.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic equipment.
