Taco Mac Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled To-Go Specialist to join our team. As a To-Go Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all To-Go orders are packed with 100% accuracy, including all related sauces, sides, and utensils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare To-Go orders with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure that all orders are complete and accurate, including all related items and condiments
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
