Job Summary:
The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in health care is preferred
