Job Summary

Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled Digital ASIC Design and Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for defining, modeling, designing, optimizing, verifying, validating, implementing, and documenting IP (block/SoC) development for high-performance, high-quality, low-power products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop complex digital ASIC designs and architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and verify designs
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and provide guidance to other team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience
  • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience
  • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with architecture and design tools
  • 2+ years of experience with scripting tools and programming languages
  • 2+ years of experience with WiFi MAC Design
  • 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership
