Join Our Team as a Financial Representative Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Representative Trainee. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive program designed to develop the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days, with potential promotion to a Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentive opportunity
  • An education-based Accelerator Program to transition you into an independent Financial Advisor
  • A 401(k) plan with company contributions, vacation days, paid holidays, and sick leave
  • No requirement for sponsorship for employment

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in a program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients
  • Demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test
  • Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office

What You'll Bring:

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 50% of the work period
  • Promotion of a culture of diversity and inclusion, ability to listen courageously and remain curious

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
