Job Summary

CULTA is seeking a highly skilled Budtender to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for verifying patients and caregivers, checking in customers, arranging and packaging orders, receiving payments, and operating the point-of-sale system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patients and caregivers in the electronic verification system and Metrc.
  • Arrange and package orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Receive payments and operate the point-of-sale system to manage transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, patient data, and product inventory.
  • Respond to product inquiries and provide accurate information regarding cannabis products.
  • Follow all CULTA standard operating procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Thorough understanding of state and local medical cannabis laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and ability to learn new software programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
