About the Opportunity

This RN position provides direct patient care effectively and efficiently, which may include patients with varied and complex needs. The ideal candidate will communicate and collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate, coordinate, and maintain compassionate, efficient, quality care and achievement of desired treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical competence when providing care, using technology, administering medications, performing procedures, and managing emergencies.
  • Manage patient ratios from 1:5 or 1:6.
Requirements
  • An active TX RN license or willingness to obtain one.
  • At least one year of medical surgical experience.
  • BSN.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
