Floor Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Floor Maintenance Technician. This position primarily focuses on the women's locker room, with responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, pulling trash (which can weigh 40 or more pounds), filling all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towel, and toilet paper.

Additional requirements include producing quality work within pre-set time frames, showing initiative in regard to job functions, and accepting new responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate will also be willing to work with and help others, using personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.

This position requires 1 or more years of experience in buffing, stripping, and waxing floors. We offer a competitive starting rate of $14.00 per hour.
