Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with a range of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, and general medicine.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluation results, treatment plans, and patient progress notes.
- Assist with daily departmental operations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
