Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced NICU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological systems
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- 2+ years of NICU experience
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to include days and nights
