Driscoll Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Physician to join our team. As a key member of our pediatric critical care unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and management of complex and congenital heart patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and management of pediatric cardiac intensive care patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric cardiac critical care and share knowledge with colleagues
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatric critical care and pediatric cardiology
- Completion of additional fellowship training in pediatric cardiac critical care
- Extensive expertise in post-operative management of complex and congenital heart patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
