We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Reliant Professional Cleaning Contractors Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Notify management of any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms to ensure efficient operations.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff to achieve team goals.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Proven work experience as a cleaner is preferred, but not necessary, as we will provide training.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including Safety Data Sheets.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
