Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Downington, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct physical therapy interventions as planned, delegated, and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
  • Record treatments given and note progress in medical records.
  • Communicate changes in resident's condition and provide accurate and timely billing records and supporting clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate and provide training with Restorative Nursing and other Care staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all community mandatory education, training, and competence programs.
Requirements:
  • Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, provide individualized treatment plans and needed updates to increase client's independence and functioning.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents.
