Medication Technician for Assisted Living Facility

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with Title 22 regulations.
- Monitor medication administration records and report errors to the Lead Medication Technician and/or Administrator.
- Order and reorder medication for residents, following explicit physician instructions.
- Provide ethical and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to reduce pain and promote engagement and independence among residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver with knowledge of managing 20-plus residents within an 8-hour shift.
- Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance and TB test required upon job offer.
- CPR/AED certification and phlebotomy experience (1 year or more) preferred.
