Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Support Specialist to join our team at Chihuly Garden and Glass. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members by performing general custodial functions, including sanitization, cleaning restrooms, trash removal, dusting, floor care, window cleaning, and stocking of supplies.
  • Operate custodial equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining the grounds surrounding our valuable glass artwork, ensuring a strong exterior image and brand alignment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and team members, promoting a positive and courteous attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with our facilities team to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in custodial or facilities maintenance; experience in a fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of custodial equipment and operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
