We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at a top-tier medical facility in Tuba City, AZ. This 13-week assignment offers a great opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and potentially lead to a long-term career path.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, preparing the operating room, and ensuring all equipment is functional for various surgical specialties. This role requires rotational scheduling and on-call coverage after meeting specific training and exam requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sterility and availability of instruments and supplies.
  • Position patients on the operating table.
  • Hand instruments to the surgical team and maintain a sterile field.
  • Operate and ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment.
  • Assist in transferring patients and cleaning the operating room.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • BLS certification.
