As a TRA Case Manager, you will be part of Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied health professionals. This position offers a higher level of contract security compared to external agencies.
The RN Case Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care along a continuum, ensuring access to necessary services while managing resources effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing the medical necessity process to ensure timely and accurate payment for services, which may involve negotiations with payers on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute care and at least 1 year in Case Management within an Acute Care setting
- Licensure: Texas RN License required
- Certifications: BLS
- Guaranteed hours for Travel Contracts
- Preferred Booking Agreement for Local Contracts
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday Pay
- Contract Security compared to contracts with external agencies
