We are seeking a charismatic and friendly Winter Wonderland Host to join our team at Catamount Ski Resort LLC. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at the resort.

The estimated salary for this position is $22,000 - $32,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

• Greeting and Dispensing Information: You will be responsible for greeting and dispensing information to all guests, including answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Trail and Snow Reports: You will be responsible for distributing trail and snow reports to all designated locations throughout the resort.
• Guest Services: You will provide exceptional guest services, including assisting with special events, promotional activities, and general resort operations.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: You will assist with maintaining a neat lodge and grounds, including cleaning and performing other tasks as needed.
• Parking and Group Bus Loading/Unloading: You will assist with parking and group bus loading/unloading processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: You must be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing situations.
• Knowledge of Prices and Programs: You must have full knowledge of prices, programs, scheduled events, reports, etc., and where to find them.
• Customer Service Skills: You must possess good customer service skills, able to handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Physical Demands: You must be able to stand for scheduled shifts and outside in winter conditions for several hours.
