Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lamination Line Production Supervisor to join our team at Kerfkore Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and managing every aspect of the lamination line to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and direct a team of production line workers to enhance productivity and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Process Optimization: Direct the team on setup and process, and develop and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Train and supervise new production line workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Scheduling and Task Assignment: Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to production line workers to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance to ensure that production processes run efficiently and safely.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time.
  • Operational Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long hours and lift at or above the waist at a maximum of seventy pounds.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED.
