Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in clinical nutrition and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition care
Requirements:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
  • One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
