We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Transformation Lead to join our team at InterMed, P.A. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading transformational change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and efficiency across clinical and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that align with our mission and values.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to support multidisciplinary process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and sustain mechanisms to share learnings and best practices organization-wide.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, process improvement, and leadership.
