Seasonal Baker

We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Bread Baker to join our dynamic team at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using honest, whole ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads to meet high-quality standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe workspace
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance baking skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred, not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus
• Ability to stand, lift, and mix for extended periods
• Flexibility to work daytime/afternoon shifts, with potential for overnight shifts during holiday seasons
