Role Overview

As a Lead Pre Kindergarten Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. Your expertise and passion for early childhood education will inspire and motivate our team to create a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling best practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting it to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Establish a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, sharing their child's progress and achievements through regular updates and discussions.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic and supportive community.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months of experience required.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
