Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate care across the continuum, focusing on individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data and evidence-based practices to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices, applying innovative solutions to complex care delivery challenges.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- More than 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience, with completion of the Nurse Residency Program if applicable
