Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Critical Care Float Pool Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Two years of recent experience as an ED or ICU RN, with a preference for candidates with experience in more than one of these areas.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
- ACLS, ENPC, TNCC must be obtained within a standard grace period from hire or transfer.
