Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a preschool teaching role or a related position; or
  • A combination of education and experience that is equivalent
  • CPR and First Aid Certification

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee children during all activities
  • Prepare instructional materials for various activities
  • Lead both indoor and outdoor activities as planned
  • Supervise play areas and guide students in safe play
  • Collect and organize data regarding student learning
  • Assist students in developing communication skills and serve as a language model
  • Maintain discipline in a consistent and positive manner
  • Support children with toileting needs and manage accidents
  • Encourage the development of self-help skills
  • Administer routine first aid and seek help for serious issues
  • Participate in meetings, training workshops, and professional development activities
  • Perform minor housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe classroom
  • Engage in team meetings, open houses, fundraisers, and other company events as required
  • Utilize effective record-keeping and reporting techniques
  • Demonstrate correct English usage in communication
  • Observe and assist in student learning
  • Exhibit patience, respect, and understanding towards others
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be adaptable and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Plan and organize work efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports
  • Establish and nurture cooperative working relationships
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
