Job Title: Infant Development Teacher

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Infant Development Teacher to lead our Infant Class. In this role, you will design and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of our youngest students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Develop positive relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Meet local child care regulatory agency requirements
• Prior teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program
• Knowledge of social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and provide proper care for infants
