Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the facility to prevent and identify unauthorized access, damages, hazards, and breaches of security.
  • Monitor and control access of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including medical emergencies and security breaches.
  • Conduct inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Complete reports of daily activities and special incidents, including detailed incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university highly desired.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • One year of corporate security experience preferred.
  • EMT certification preferred but not required; MFR certification required within 6 months.
  • Excellent observational skills and ability to stay calm in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
