Full-Time Therapists-Clinic Director Opportunities

Essential Functions for Clinic Director Position

The Clinic Director will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and monitoring budgets, purchasing equipment and supplies, and overseeing maintenance of the facility
  • Developing relationships with key physicians and marketing to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice
  • Building and maintaining a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A terminal degree from an accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in the applicable State of employment
  • Three plus years of experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
  • Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
