Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will work in our Outpatient Physical Therapy department, providing physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including adult orthopedic and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
