Main Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital products.
  • Oversee the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with business and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI components in Figma for consistency across products.
  • Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
  • Integrate accessibility and usability best practices into your designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user insights, and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Expertise in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly experiences.
  • Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
