Estimated Salary: Up to £38k per annum, with opportunities for overtime earnings.

About the Job;
This Mechanical Engineer role requires experience in industrial settings, preferably with knowledge of maintenance programs and electromechanical skills. The successful candidate must have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as self-motivation and initiative.
The job entails working variable shifts, including Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights, with every other Saturday night shift on rotation. An initial period on day shifts will be followed by rotating shifts. The workweek averages 42 hours across 3-4 shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for repairs, servicing, and maintenance of production equipment
• Fault diagnosis and repair of equipment
• Continuous improvement project/task work
• General site facilities tasks

We offer a great work-life balance, with an average of 3.5 days off each week, plus 7 weeks' holiday and paid break. We also provide fully funded training courses and double time overtime pay on specific weekend shifts.
