Role Summary
The Expo will actively contribute to the kitchen by organizing and facilitating the flow of service tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify and uphold our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Prepare all items for service according to established standards.
  • Adhere to kitchen conduct policies, including the first in/first out method for product usage.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized pass for assigned mise en place.
  • Receive orders and accurately prepare trays for the Front of House team.
  • Ensure all necessary items are delivered to guests.
  • Assist dining attendants as needed.
  • Support the smooth operation of items leaving the kitchen.
  • Communicate product requirements and concerns to the Chef(s).
  • Engage in weekly cleaning initiatives.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We Seek
  • A sense of urgency in all tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
  • Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to ten (10) hours).
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in food service preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and methods.
  • Knowledge of safe handling practices as outlined by health authorities.
