Restaurant Server

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at the Delta Hotel Chesapeake. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Collect and set up tables with proper glassware, ice, napkins, china, and flatware.
• Clean and maintain the service area, including equipment and supplies.
• Ensure floors are free of debris and clean and polish equipment as needed.
• Follow up with the Food and Beverage Manager for clean-up instructions.
• Provide excellent guest relations and serve as a good example to other staff members.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deal with difficult situations.
• Flexibility in scheduling and a sincere desire to exceed guest expectations.
