Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
  • Apply quality instructions and specifications to ensure high-quality products.
  • Monitor production or packing operations to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Load and unload materials into and from equipment, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information, solve problems, and assist with tasks.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot machine or in-process product problems, utilizing basic computer and math skills.
Requirements
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, verified prior to start.
  • 1 year of machine operation experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Ability to work differing shifts, including 2nd or 3rd shifts, on 8- or 12-hour shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift and hoist operation experience.
  • Experience with SAP and PLC.
