BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote client health and independence.
  • Providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve client mobility and function.
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
  • Accurately documenting client care and services provided.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
