We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Newborn Nursery Specialist to join our team at HCA Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our newborn patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to newborn patients, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Licensed, as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia through the Board of Health Professions.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 12 months of start date.
  • Previous Mother Baby/Newborn Nursery or related RN experience preferred.
