Job SummaryPeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our team at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA. As a key member of our medical group, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes management and treatment of thyroid, adrenal, and other endocrine conditions
Collaborate with our team of certified diabetes educators and registered dietitians to provide personalized care and support to patients with diabetes
Participate in hospital and outpatient settings, including emergency department coverage and inpatient consultations
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research in endocrinology, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice
Requirements
Board certification in endocrinology or a related field
Completion of an internship or residency program in a related field
Fellowship training in endocrinology or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
