About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in helping children with disabilities reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with children to help them develop play, language, self-care, and cognitive skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
  • Provide support and guidance to families to help them navigate the challenges of raising a child with a disability
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with children and families
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic or educational setting
  • Ability to run, crawl, kneel, and engage in fast-paced physical activities with young children
  • Ability to work in a live and internet-based setting
  • Reliable computer and internet access
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or a related field
