GREG HUBLER AUTOMOTIVE-Driving People Forward, One Guest at a Time

We are a mainstay in the Mooresville community, seeking a dedicated individual to fill the critical role of front desk receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital part in representing Greg Hubler Automotive to the community.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Professionally administer all incoming calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Thoroughly record messages and deliver them to the appropriate individual, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Redirect phone calls accordingly, providing a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner, setting the tone for their visit.
  • Provide basic answers to guests' queries and offer follow-up support, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assist team members with requests, including onboarding tasks, filing, and administrative duties.
  • Diplomatically handle guest complaints, referring them to the appropriate individual or department for resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
  • Responsible for miscellaneous filing as necessary.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.
  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all team members, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and guests, setting an example of professionalism through actions and appearance.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Proficient with multi-line/intercom telephone systems in a prompt and efficient way.
  • Appropriate phone handling etiquette for polite conversations with guests.
  • Present a professional personal appearance at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and be able to multi-task.
  • Should be customer service driven.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point).
