Position Overview

The focus of this role will be on civil engineering projects related to both commercial and residential developments. Responsibilities will include the design and management of essential infrastructure such as ponds, stormwater systems, roadways, and utilities. The successful candidate will engage in various projects, including:
  • Master planning studies
  • Residential lot layouts
  • Flood control planning and design
  • Stream restoration initiatives
  • Bridge scour assessment and design

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • A Professional Engineering (PE) Certification

Key competencies should include:
  • Effective coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, and design teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expertise in civil site and grading design
  • Proficiency in roadway and transportation design
  • Utility design capabilities
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software
  • Experience in producing construction plans and specifications
  • Ability to develop drainage reports and stormwater designs
