About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in alternate sites, utilizing your expertise in PAP, Ventilator, Airway Clearance, and Oxygen therapy administration and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in alternate sites, including home settings.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and make recommendations to physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Utilize equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during non-business hours.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Associates degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch.
  • One (1) year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
