Delivering High-Quality Patient-Centered Healthcare Services

In collaboration with the supervising physician/clinical manager, this position requires a high level of clinical expertise and autonomy in delivering comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking patients' histories, performing physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, establishing diagnoses, and providing care and management for common illnesses and disease prevention in pediatric and adult patients.
  • Assisting in admissions, transfers, or discharges from healthcare systems.
  • Making referrals to specialists and community agencies.
  • Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement programs.
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to develop plans for patients and their families.
Salary Range:

$51.66 - $86.79 per hour.

This role offers an Education Benefit program that provides debt relief and student loan assistance, as well as benefits including health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, and adoption assistance.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program for nurse practitioners.
  • Three years of clinical experience in the area of specialty.
  • A compact state or Arizona RN license (RN), and an Arizona Advance Practice Nurse license (APN).
  • National certification as a nurse practitioner in the area of specialty under AZ regulations.
  • Valid DEA registration.
  • Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification, and Basic Life Support certification.
